Joining us from Overseas....  

We are very pleased indeed to welcome overseas visitors into any and all of our Pilgrimage groups. We have many Pilgrims join us from Australia, Singapore, USA, Malaysia, India and many other countries. Most join us in London making one of our Pilgrimages part of their overseas holiday and tour. Some come to London especially to make a Pilgrimage. You may also join us at the Pilgrimage destination itself provided you arrive and depart at around the same time as our group. In that case you will need to make your own travel arrangements (We are NOT a general travel agent, simply a Pilgrimage organiser.) A deduction will be made for our airfare. It is also possible to make the Pilgrimage using only the outward or return flight however the reduction is very small as our flight bookings are on a group charter bases. Please contact us for details.   

Coming from overseas and you do not want the flights from the UK to our destination and back?  If you would like to fly direct to the country in question and meet us at the airport or hotel there is a discount on our prices according to the destination. The amount of the discount is shown on each web page by the prices.

Passports & Visas   Do make sure your passport and visas are correct. For some countries you passport must have six months to run after you visit. If you are not a UK resident / have a British passport, it is much easier to get the visa for country our Pilgrimage is going to in your own country than it is in the UK.  Remember, there is now a “Schengun” area which includes a number of European countries. If you need a visa for one of those countries then it will be good for all of them. See our passport & Visa information page and it's links. Also check with your local consulate.

Entering the UK   UK is not a “Schengun” country. If you need a UK visa make sure it is a MULTI ENTRY.  We do not want to leave you in France/Italy/Portugal or wherever!

E1-11 & Insurance   You will see references here to the E1-11. This is for European residents only as is our Insurance.  You must arrange your own insurance before leaving home and include the name of your insurer with policy number on your booking form.
