General Information |
Our Prices Include:- Your air travel from London to Lourdes airport and the return. The coach journey to and from the airport to your hotel. OR Your coach journey from London to Lourdes and return according to the Pilgrimage. Unless specified on the specific itinerary, your hotel accommodation on FULL BOARD basis from the first to the last meals shown on the relevant itinerary. The Programme as shown in the itinerary under the leadership of the Spiritual Director. Our notes on preparing for your Pilgrimage, Pilgrimage Wallet, Pilgrimage Booklet, Badge, and a FREE TRAVEL BAG
Prices do not include:- Beverages, wines, excursions or gratuities, all of which are optional. Further, prices do not include your pilgrimage insurance (other than medical expenses for regions of France) which is highly recommended.

Taxes Included
Taxes
& airport charges are once again up this year but all are included in the
price of your Pilgrimage. They include Government Departure Taxes, Airport
Departure & Security Taxes, VAT, bonding costs & French Departure Tax.
The total on your Lourdes Air Pilgrimage is approx. £60.00!
No Surcharges ALL OUR PRICES are based on currency exchange rates known at 17th. Dec., 2001. We have negotiated forward contracts with our Airline and Bank so that once you have booked, paid your deposit and received your confirmation invoice we can guarantee that there will be NO SURCHARGE and the price on your invoice will be final unless any new Government taxes are introduced.
Reductions
for Children
There
is a reduction for Children under 7 of 50% of the basic price and under 14, 10%.
This applies to one child for each adult in the party.
Infants- under 2 on the date of departure travel free of charge and sit
on an adult's lap . If you have
special baby food to be warmed up this can be arranged easily.
You may bring breakfast cereals which are difficult to obtain in France.
The hotels will be pleased to provide hot milk, etc.
